Return Policy

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Returns must be in the original condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
  3. Refunds will be given on the credit card used initially at time of purchase.
  4. If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.
  5. Gift wrapping charges and shipping charges associated with an order will not be refunded.
  6. Shipping of returned items to Taffy is at your expense.
  7. If merchandise is defective it should be returned within 15 days for a full replacement. All costs associated with shipping will be the responsibility of Taffy.
